• We accept payments via Verifone (payment cards) and PayPal.
• Prices are listed in EUR (€) and may be subject to change without notice.
• Prices on our website do not include VAT, customs duties, or import fees. These are assessed by the destination country and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship to the following countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, and Ireland.
• Shipping is handled by Pósturinn, and delivery times may take up to 8 days, depending on the destination.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by our transporters. However, we commit to handing over products to our transporter within 24 hours or the next business day after purchase.

4. Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
• Returns must follow the guidelines outlined on our Return Policy page.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Intimoire logo and certain graphics are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
• Other images, trademarks, and content belong to their respective vendors.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• We are also not liable for any shipping delays once the package is in the hands of our transport partner.

7. Governing Law

• Any dispute or legal action related to Intimoire will be handled under Icelandic law.
• Legal proceedings will take place in Iceland.
